Welcome to AddaFind! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AddaFind website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
AddaFind is a technology platform that connects property owners ("Owners") with individuals seeking rental properties ("Tenants"). We are not a real estate agency or broker. We do not own, manage, or control any of the properties listed on the Platform, nor do we act as an agent for either the Owner or the Tenant.
To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Owners are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their property listings. AddaFind reserves the right, but has no obligation, to verify the information provided in listings. We may remove any listing that we believe violates these Terms, is fraudulent, or is otherwise objectionable.
AddaFind operates on a zero-brokerage model for connections made strictly through the Platform between an Owner and a Tenant. Any user found to be operating as a broker masquerading as an Owner or Tenant will be permanently banned from the Platform.
AddaFind is not a party to any rental agreement or transaction between users. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or disputes arising out of your interactions with other users or your use of the properties listed on the Platform.
